This step will show you how much you can afford. This is accomplished by speaking with your financial institution and establishing what monthly payments you will be comfortable with. We will gladly provide you with the names of a few mortgage specialists who can expedite this pre-qualification process, if so required.
We will use every available method to locate a property that best matches your search parameters. This will include all properties listed on the MLS sytem of the Toronto Real Estate Board including our office listings, properties offered through other real estate companies, as well as unlisted properties. We will disclose all known facts about the property that is likely to affect your decision. When we find the home that meets your criteria, we will help you determine the best offering price, assist you in the preparation of an offer, explain to you the significance of the contents on the offer, negotiate for you and obtain a mutually acceptable agreement that protects your best interests.
